The following Patient Satisfaction Data was taken from a survey done in the Appleton clinic in August 2008:
- Patient surveys were randomly mailed in statements and placed in our office for patients to complete. 90 patients participated in the survey.
- 97% of respondents agreed that they could schedule an appointment to see their provider in a timely manner.
- All respondents felt the in-office wait times were excellent or good.
- 99% felt that they received excellent care in our office.
- 97% enjoyed our office staff's professional, respectful and courteous manner.
- 99% would recommend our facility to family and friends.
