CLINICAL ASSESSMENT
- A clinical impression is made by the evaluating therapist that will assist direction of treatment.
- Goals are established to provide a working frame for patient progress.

- Plan of care includes frequency and duration of treatment, methods of treatment to be used, and patient instruction and education.
